Main Season - Team Information

Main Season is for 4th to 8th Grade Girls

Players are required to play at least 1-2+ years of UKnighted or have equivalent training elsewhere to play on our local teams. Our UKnighted players need to be invited to our tryouts. 

Program Information

The season runs from November through May. 

Tryouts

Oct 19 & Oct 26 

Oct 19 

14s - 7th & 8th graders - 11:00 am -12:30 pm

12s - 4th, 5th & 6th graders 4:00-5:30 pm 

(4th graders need to be invited) 

Oct 26 

14s -7th & 8th graders-  3:00 - 4:30 

12s  - 4th, 5th, 6th graders  - 4:30-6:00 

 (4th graders need to be invited) 

Season Practices: 

November - 3 Sunday practices - Nov 2, 9, 16

December - 1 Saturday & 2 Sunday practices  - Dec 6, 14, 21

Starting in January through May, we will meet two days per week for practices or tournaments.

January to  May - 8-10 contacts per month including practices and tournaments (weekends and weekday practices). 

Practice schedules will be release 2 weeks prior.

Players committing to play in this program are committing to play on a team for the entire season.

Our club competes in local tournaments near Rancho Bernardo through San Diego  Volleyball Club's Volley Fest.

Teams will compete in the 16U, 14U and 12U age groups through VolleyFest.  Playing experience is required for these divisions.

Age groups  for upcoming 2025-2026 club season: 

12 and Under: 4th, 5th, 6th Graders

14 and Under: 7th & 8th Graders
